Yes, you can go as quickly or as slowly as you want. Sometimes life gets busy or you may be on vacation but as long as you are a member everything will always be there for you whenever you have time to jump back in.

No. Think Netflix. I would suggest you take a look at the Video Guide, which lists all the videos to date so you can access the ones you want to start with.
