Cancellation Policy

At The Art with Adele Retreat, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your participation. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframe

  • Participants may cancel their reservation at any time, but we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to allow other interested individuals the opportunity to attend.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • If you cancel your reservation and we are able to find someone to take your place you will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the retreat, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.

3. Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend and wish to send someone in your place, you can transfer your registration to another individual at no extra charge. Please inform us of this change in advance.

4. Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the art retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund of your registration fee. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

5. Changes to the Retreat

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the art retreat schedule, location, instructors, or other aspects of the event. In the event of significant changes, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible and provide the option for a full refund if the changes do not meet your expectations.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply.
