We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your participation in the Art with Adele Retreat. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please send us an email (jen@artwithadele.com). We’ll do our best to find a replacement for you; however, we cannot promise to secure a replacement and a replacement is not guaranteed. Please note: the replacement search for your spot will not begin until the retreat is sold out. If your spot is not filled prior to the retreat, you will not be refunded. If we are able to find a replacement, your payment for the retreat will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee, once the person replacing you has paid in full.
2. Transfers
If you are unable to attend and wish to send someone in your place, you can transfer your registration to another individual at no extra charge. Please inform us of this change in advance.
3. Retreat cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the art retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund of your registration fee. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodations. Travel insurance is highly recommended, including "cancel for no reason" coverage.
4. Changes to the Retreat
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the art retreat schedule, location, instructors, or other aspects of the event. In the event of significant changes, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible and provide the option for a full refund if the changes do not meet your expectations.
5. Refund Process
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply.
